When death occurs

Do not panic and stay calm.
Contact out 24hrs Hotline @ 8339 7409 and our funeral consultant will explain the whole procedure and advise you on the necessary arrangements that you require.

Obtain a Certificate of Cause Of Death (CCOD)
Once CCOD is issued by the doctor, you may proceed to do the death certificate either at the registry of births and deaths counter at the hospital or any neighbourhood police post.

Items to bring when doing death certificate

1. Certificate of cause of Death (CCOD)
2. Deceased’s NRIC
3. Informant’s NRIC

Call your town council 24 hours hotlines to check for availability of void deck usage for funeral purposes. Once application is approved, you may proceed to your town council to do the necessary permit.
